Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery
To initiate a return, contact us at support@theviralthing.com with:
- Order number
- Photos/video of the received product
- Reason for return
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Beauty tools
- Personal care items
- Used items
- Items without original packaging
Refunds
Once your return is approved:
- Refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds usually take 5–7 business days to reflect
If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank before contacting us.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.
Order Not Delivered
If your order does not arrive within 30 days, you are eligible for:
- A full refund, or
- A replacement
Wrong or Missing Item
If you receive the wrong item or something is missing:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share photos/videos so we can assist you quickly
