Our orders are processed in 1–3 business days and delivered in:

  • India: 7–15 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on high-demand items, festive seasons, and courier conditions.

Once your order is shipped, we send you a tracking number by email.
You can enter that number on our Track Your Order page.

If you haven’t received your tracking number:

Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we will update your address.

If it has already shipped:

  • We cannot change the address
  • The courier may mark it as undeliverable
  • Please double-check your address before checkout

We accept returns only if the product is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery with clear photos/video.

For hygiene reasons, personal-care items cannot be returned.

Yes, you can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days, we will issue:

  • A full refund OR
  • A replacement

For Indian customers: Rarely. Most orders do not require customs fees.
