Some organizations have the dumbest rules and they make the customers follow those rules and waste everyone’s time.

Some established procedures and guidelines are pointless and serve only to occupy people’s time. If you have a problem, you should try to solve it for the customer instead of making their life more difficult. A college student with a summer job who was required to get fingerprinted by his employer did so at a local police station. A text message informed him that his appointment had been canceled as soon as he walked into the office, despite the fact that he had arrived only five minutes late. He made several attempts to reschedule his appointment with the help desk, but was ultimately told that his record had been deleted. At this point, OP understood how to rearrange his schedule so that he could finish his work before the end of the day. To get the full scoop, please scroll down.
