There is a shot in the third movie of all the kids sleeping in the great hall, and the camera starts very very wide and comes in so that it’s an inch from my face, a very long developing set, yeah. Alan Rickman decided that he would plant one of those fart machines in my sleeping bag, and they waited until like -the camera had come in for this huge DRAMATIC developing shot, and then they unleashed this tremendous noise in the great hall.

But as things have transpired, it was revealed that it was a member of Britain’s acting royal family.

I think I laughed a lot, was probably a bit embarrassed, but it was funny.” (Daniel-Radcliffe)

The names George Clooney and Jennifer Lawrence come to mind… I just think they’d be really cool, Paul Rudd being one of them; when I met him, I told him, “You’re awesome!” I just want to collaborate with people who are easy to get along with and who I can build a strong rapport with, and those are definitely some of them. Also, directors, more so than actors, when I hear their names mentioned I immediately think, “I want to work with them.” Again, it’s directors like the Coen Brothers, Wes Anderson, Paul Thomas Anderson, and Christopher Nolan that I get more excited about than actors. “So you know, people like the Coen Brothers or Wes Anderson or Paul Thomas Anderson or Christopher Nolan.” (Daniel-Radcliffe)

#12 “What is the weirdest thing someone has asked you to sign?

richardwrinkle asked this question.

“Well, in recent times, a couple of individuals have approached me about signing a piece of paper for them so that they can later have it tattooed on their body. And, if you think about it, that’s kind of strange. Simply because my handwriting is pretty bad – that AMA sign was my printing, but you should see my cursive, it’s not pretty at all! That being said, I would strongly caution people not to do that. I have signed a picture of Elijah Wood – and I think we’ve also both said in interviews that we would like each other to play each other in films of our lives – but I was on a red carpet in Japan, and this Japanese man gave me a picture of Elijah, and I knew I wasn’t going to get past the language barrier to explain, so I wrote: “I am not Elijah Wood, signed Daniel Radcliffe.”

And then there’s also the fact that people appear to be obsessed with getting me to sign baseballs, which is something that baffles me… At the very least, quidditch balls would be relevant, but instead they’re just using baseballs for no apparent reason. (Daniel-Radcliffe)
